My Opinion about Midsommar
Between the mental breakdowns and emotional rollercoaster that I have gone through during the pandemic, and as I mentioned before, because of it and my need to understand myself more and feel identified through the seventh art, I began to look for films about borderline and codependency. And because I got the amazon prime video for free for 3 months (which I'm going to take advantage of and then I unsubscribe) I started looking for titles and I came across midsommar, I had already heard about it in a youtube summary, I commented on it with a couple of friends who had already seen it so I embarked on this journey of more than 2 hours towards despair, loneliness, codependency and finally madness. The film is about a girl, who is very attached to her boyfriend. He, for his part, wants to break up with her, because he thinks she is very demanding of attention, very codependent and, in short, requires a lot of attention while he and his friends just want to have a good time, you know, ...
